Synopsis

Blue Chips is a 1994 sports drama film directed by William Friedkin. The movie stars Nick Nolte as Pete Bell, a college basketball coach who is under pressure to recruit top players to his team in order to keep his job.

Pete Bell is faced with the dilemma of whether to compromise his ethics and offer illegal incentives to high school players in exchange for their commitment to play for his team.
