Synopsis

Safe is a movie set in China, where the girl Mei is a genius with numbers, abducted by the Chinese Triads and taken to New York's Chinatown by boss Han Jiao to help in criminal activities.

Meanwhile, the fighter Luke Wright has his life destroyed after winning a fight against the Russian Mafia's will, accidentally killing his opponent and leading to the murder of his wife.

Alcoholic and homeless, Luke crosses paths with Mei when she is abducted by the Russian Mafia, leading to a chase involving the corrupt detectives from the NYPD and the Triads.

When Luke sees Mei fleeing from the Russian mobs, he protects her and discovers that the number she memorized is the combination to a safe holding 30 million dollars belonging to the Triads.

Luke, an elite agent, uses his skills to protect Mei and ensure the safe's contents remain out of the wrong hands.
