The Kitchen
In the crime drama film The Kitchen, three housewives in 1978 Hell's Kitchen, New York City, take over the criminal business of their jailed husbands. As they prove to be more ruthless and cunning than their male counterparts, they quickly rise to power in the Irish mob.
However, their newfound success comes with a price as they face challenges from both inside and outside the organization. The women must navigate the dangerous world of organized crime while also dealing with betrayal and violence.
Starring Melissa McCarthy, Tiffany Haddish, and Elisabeth Moss, The Kitchen explores themes of power, loyalty, and survival in a male-dominated world.
